- We accept returns only for orders that are designated for local delivery or pickup.
- Orders shipped outside our local delivery area are not eligible for returns.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- Initiating a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You will be responsible for arranging the return.
- Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once your return is received and inspected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.
- Exchanges:
- We only offer exchanges on local delivery and pickup orders.
- Exceptions:
- Only defective or damaged items may be eligible for exchange, provided they meet the conditions outlined in our Warranty Policy.
